Do you have a shop? Where are you located?

YES! We're located in Kaimuki right at the beginning of Waialae Ave. We're just one block away from City Mill and directly across from Goodyear Tire. We have plenty of parking out front and have lots of keys, accessories, and safes in our showroom. Visit us today!
Can you make a copy of my key?

Generally, YES. This might be our most asked question and the first two things we ask are: Is it for your car or building? Is it stamped with DO NOT DUPLICATE, DND, or MEDECO? Call us with your specific car make and model details for your car keys. Go directly to your building/property manager for any keys that are stamped with DO NOT DUPLICATE, DND, or MEDECO markings. These are restricted, high security keys that are often catalogued and tracked for security purposes. Unless you have an authorization letter on company letterhead with your name on it, we are NOT able to make copies for you.
Can you come to my home? Can you rekey my house?

YES. We often work with homeowners who want to update their locks or landlords who have new tenants moving in. Rekeying your home updates your locks so that no one can enter your home with the old copies of keys.
Another locksmith worked on my safe/locks, but my safe/lock is still not working. Can you help?

Do you rekey my car's ignition and doors?

YES. As of now, we can only provide this service in our shop. What you'll want to do is make an appointment with us, purchase a new ignition from your dealer, then bring your car and any existing keys with you to your appointment. Call for more information and to make an appointment.
