A short while ago a safe I had purchased in the mid-80's would not open. Now I am stressed! Mark Y. from Salz came out on a trouble call and opened the safe working his magic fingers. He thoroughly explained all the options and cost; completed the repair in grand style and time; and the price was fair; and I had actually expected to pay more for the overall repair than I did. Thank you, Mark! I am so appreciative!!

I called them for information. They answered the phone in about 2 rings. They made a key for my Toyota and took about 5 minutes. Much less expensive than the dealer. Very polite making sure I knew what my options were. Very very friendly. I was made to feel like I was a valued customer. This was my first experience with them. Would certainly go back to them if needed.

I was desperate and needed a knowledgeable locksmith to "safecrack" my broken safe. I destroyed the manual override and needed to retrieve my passport. Salz came to the rescue and 20 minutes later the safe WAS OPENED. They are the best in Honolulu.
